1. All goods remain the property of Giftswear.Com until paid for in full. 2. Carriage will be charged on all orders that are delivered. This includes: REFERENCE SAMPLES: No charge .We provide reference samples from our earlier production to give general idea about of our material quality, workmanship, and prices. PROTOTYPES SAMPLES: No charge. Prototypes with similar available material are made with available fabric to purchasers specifications after purchaser has accepted quotation price and courier on purchasers account. Lead times approximately 14 - 21 days. SALES SAMPLES: 35/40 days ex factory after development and costs approved by purchaser Costs: 2 X FOB. Freight and courier on purchasers account Fabric: Not billed for sales samples; any excess fabric required to cover dye lot minimums will be billed. PRE-ORDER SAMPLES: With the exact quality and exact material, print/embroidery, accessories, etc whatever you want as per order in few quantity 3/5 pcs. We will bill you for 500 USD to 700 USD which depend on operation and material and courier on purchasers account. Lead times approximately 20/25 days. Payment require in advance through wire transfer. 3. Giftswear.Com will not be bound by any delivery dates unless confirmed by us at time of order. 4. SHIPMENT: On FOB or C&F basis upon request, available for both FCL and LCL shipments by sea or air. Transit time from Bangladesh to European ports: 4 to 5 weeks by sea and 1 week by sea. 5. PAYMENT TERMS: We usually ask our customers to establish a letter of credit to our Hong Kong Office favor allowing transferable through any bank. This L/C then transferred to our factories in Bangladesh, which open a back-to-back L/C guaranteed by your L/C in order to purchase the raw material and accessories needed for order. 6. If the order value below USD 20000.00 we will ask our purchasers to wire transfer the full order amount in advance. If purchasers will not willing to wire transfer in advance we will accept L/C abut we will charge additionally USD 1000.00 for L/C handing. 7. All orders must be confirmed in by customers.
