Q1. What are my minimum order and other options? A: In each order we allow variety in style but in same material with 3 colors. Minimum Orders Item Amount Item Amount T-shirts 5000 pcs Woven 5000pcs Polo Shirts 3000 pcs Pullover 2000pcs Q2. How are prices generally quoted? A: Prices for Garments are normally quoted in the ratio MENS S: M: L: XL as 1:2: 3:2 and LADIES S: M : L as 1: 2: 1 Our prices are FOB, C&F and CIF as per customer requirements Q3. What type of apparel do you work on? A: We are capable of making any sort of apparel to your specification. We work on light knit, heavy knit, woven which includes : T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Sweatshirts, Rugby shirts, Denim-twill-poplin-TC shirts, Polar fleece items, Windbreakers, Jackets, Parka, Bandannas, Sweaters, Pullovers, Trausers. Q4. Do you offer a wide range of colors? A: Yes of course! Just send us pantone color reference number or swatch color and we will do the rest. Q5. What are your delivery terms? A: FOB Chittagong sea port or ZIA Airport, C&F or CIF by sea or air. Timing terms are based on the date of reception of your L/C, not from order confirmation date. Q6. How should I prepare my L/C (letter of credit)? A: We usually request you to open L/C in our favor. This is then transferred to our factories in Bangladesh, which open a back-to-back L/C guaranteed by your L/C in order to purchase the raw material and accessories needed for your order. Make sure that your L/C reaches us on time as the production process depends on it. A customized L/C Specimen is sent (for your reference) along with the proforma invoice for each order. Please keep in mind the following while preparing your application form (to avoid error): Your documentary credit must be irrevocable and transferable (adding confirmation is sometimes requested). It must be made available with any bank. Please pay attention to special mention requested by central bank on the B/L: "full clean on board ocean bill of lading made out to order of negotiating bank in Bangladesh, endorsed to the order of your bank, notifies yourself..." Transshipment must always be allowed because as all goods transit through Singapore. Period for presentation of documents: 21 days. Q7. What is the normal Shipment Period? A: On an average, each order wills takes below captioned timing, assuming normal timings for approvals and order details: After reception of clean L/C in bank Circular knit - solid color: 45 to 60 days, yarn dyed: 90/120 days Flat knit - 60 to 120 days Woven - 60 to 120 days Q8. Can you custom pack if requested? A: Of course. We are flexible to customization at any extent. Just send us your specifications. Q9. What are the modes of payment? A: Our payment terms are through irrevocable & transferable letter of credit at sight payable. If the order value below USD 20000.00 we will ask our purchasers to wire transfer the full amount in advance. If purchasers are not willing to wire transfer in advance full amount we will accept L/C but we will charge additionally USD 1000.00 for L/C handing. Q10. Will I have to pay for the samples and their shipping cost? A: You will only have to pay if you decide not to make the order (which has never happened!). Otherwise the cost of the samples will be deducted from the first order that follows.
